- Recruit, train, and manage a regional team of professionals.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to the team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients.
- Ensure exceptional client service and address client needs promptly.
- Oversee the implementation of Happy Cashier’s services in client establishments.
- Monitor and report on regional performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
